The Sunset Guest House has 5 Double Sea Facing Rooms and a further 3 non-seaview rooms. Each room is individually furnished and decorated with its own colour scheme, en-suite shower facilities, 2 chairs, TVDVD, coffeetea tray, and a host of other facilities. The rooms are on the ground, 1st and 2nd floor with no lift.

The Breakfast Room is light and airy with views of the sea, and guests can enjoy full English and English Continental options for breakfast. Breakfast maybe available during the Winter Season

Hunstanton offers beaches, shallow waters, good amenities, independent shops and restaurants. One of the UKs Links Golf Courses is located 1 mile away in Old Hunstanton.

The hotel day starts from hour 16:00 and ends at 11:00.

Breakfast is served between 08:00 – 10:00 every morning with timed slots during busier periods.

Rooms are situated on the ground floor, first floor, and second floor. Please note that there is no lift at the property.

Standard Double Room with Sea View - Second Floor. This double room features an ensuite shower, toilet, an electric kettle, a coffeetea tray, and a sea view. This room is situated on the second floor and maybe suitable for guests with mobility issues. ;
Single Room with Shower - First Floor (No Sea View). There is no sea view, but the room does have a seating area and a Coffeetea tray. It contains an en-suite shower and is located on the first floor. ;
Double Superior Ensuite-Second Floor (No Sea View). This double room has an electric kettle, a seating area teacoffee maker, and an en suite with a large walk-in shower. Please note that this room is on the second floor and only accessible by stairs. There is a pleasant view over the back gardens. ;
