Access is through the Farmhouses front door. ;
Junior Suite with Terrace. This suite is located in the new annex, on the ground floor and has a super king size bedroom, sitting room with table and chairs, private bathroom and access onto the covered patio which overlooks the garden. Underfloor heating is offered throughout this suite. A fridge, toaster, Nespresso machine and kettle areprovided in the sitting room. In the bathroom theres a double ended bath, walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Access is through a private entrance. ;
Junior Suite with Garden View. This suite is located in the new annex on the first floor with lovely views over the garden and field. It has a super king size bedroom (or if requested can be madea twin room), sitting room with table and chairs, a private bathroom as well as a landing area with viewing seats overlooking the private field. Garden access is available via a side gate. Heating is available inrooms. A fridge, toaster, Nespresso machine and kettle areprovided in the sitting room. Two-Bedroom House. This is the whole of the new annex and consists of two suites, plus a private kitchen and utility room. The house has 2 bedrooms with the possibility of adding a fold up bed to the sitting room in the upstairs suite at an additional cost. Guests have private use of the whole annex with its own entrance, parking and private section of the south facing garden with an outdoor dining area.
