Brighton House - Brighton & Hove

Brighton House is a 200-year-old, listed building and has the stairs to confirm this! As we dont have a lift, we advise anyone who has difficulty with stairs to take thisconsideration before booking.

Described as a ‘luxurious Regency Guest House with immaculate rooms’ by The Lonely Planet Guide, Lucho and the team welcome you to their historic townhouse.

According to the AA, Brighton House puts ‘hospitality and comfort high on the agenda’, and its clean, fully en suite rooms are well located in the heart of Brighton.

Start the day with the largely organic buffet-style breakfast before exploring the beach, The Brighton Centre, The Metropole, the Lanes and Preston Street for dining,of which arewithin walking distance of Brighton House.

The hotel day starts from hour 14:00 and ends at 11:00.

Cancellation
Rooms cancelled after midday three days prior to arrival will be charged in full unless the hotel is able to resell the accommodation. For rooms cancelled prior to the cancellation deadline (orthe hotel has successfully resold the room) deposits will be retained and may be redeemed against future bookings for a period of 6 months from date of cancellation.

Access
Guests have 24 hours access to their rooms but reception does close at 8pm. The hotel doeshave a lift and accommodation on the 3rd or 4th floor maybe suitable for non-ambulatory persons.

Children & Groups
Unfortunately, our guest house is unable to cater for children under the age of 12. For the consideration of other guests, our guest house doesaccept any groups such as stag & hen parties, butlimited to. Any group bookings made at Brighton House will get cancelled at no cost to the guest house.

The property doesaccept any groups including bachelorbachelorettebirthday parties. If any group bookings are made over two rooms, the Brighton House reserves the right to cancel your booking and any relocation costs will be down to the guest.This property willaccommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Standard Double Room. These rooms are situated on the second, third and fourth floor, and have either a view to the front or rear of the building. Should you have a preference for floor or view then please request when booking (subject to availability). Please be advised that there is no lift and rooms on the third or fourth floors maybe suitable for less mobile guests. ;
Single Room. Situated on the second and third floors, these rooms have their own bathroom, a TV, and facilities for making tea and coffee. Please be advised that there is no lift and rooms on the higher floors maybe suitable for less mobile guests. ;
Twin Room. This second-floor room has with views to the rear of the building, and benefits from an en suite shower room. ;
Double Room with Four Poster Bed. Overlooking the courtyard, this quiet room has a four-poster queen-size bed. The private bathroom has a bath tub and a shower. ;
Single Room with Balcony. This room has access to the balcony with its view over the square and sea. It also features a TV and facilities for making tea and coffee. ;
Budget Single Room. These rooms are at the top of the house on the third and fourth floors. Please be advised that there is no lift and rooms on the 3rd or 4th floors maybe suitable for less mobile guests. ;
Double Room with Balcony. Large and comfortable room on the first floor with an en suite bath and shower. The room has floor-to-ceiling bay windows, giving access to a balcony overlooking the square and the sea. ;
Twin Room with Bath. Providing free toiletries, this twin room includes a private bathroom with a bath, a shower and a hairdryer. This twin room features an electric kettle, heating and a flat-screen TV. The unit offers 2 beds.
